Who Are We?

At ONEPARTART, we bring over 25 years of toy industry expertise to help companies strengthen brands, grow product lines, and invent new products. Founded by seasoned executive Justin Discoe, M.Ed. and illustrator/educator Lori Discoe, M.Ed., we offer flexible consulting—hourly, licensed or monthly—to fit your needs.

Our services include product invention and consulting, brand and line reviews, white space discovery, and retail strategy across gift, specialty, mass market, farm & ranch, and seasonal categories such as Back-to-School, Halloween, and Christmas.

As your outside design executive, ONEPARTART provides the creative insight and strategic guidance to transform ideas into market-ready success.

Our experience spans Mattel, Radica Games, Holiday Creations, Pumpkin Masters, and co-founding the award-winning Sprig Toys, recipient of the 2010 Toy of the Year (Specialty) award.
